Farmhouse Poder Nuovo is inside the Natural, Artistic and Cultural Park of “Val d’Orcia”, recently added in the patrimony of UNESCO. The farmhouse is situated between the Renaissance village of Pienza and the medieval fortress of Castiglione d’Orcia.
One of the most interesting edifice is the XIV century historical ruin called “Tre Cerchi Palace” and around of this ruin the Poder Nuovo Farmhouse was developed.
The structure offers to our clients three very comfortable lodgings to allow all the benefits of relaxing days on a beautiful hill from where you can have an impressive view over an evocative country full of historical villages. At completely disposition also a swimming pool.

Ø Motorway “Autostrada del Sole” Milan-Rome A1 (E35): exit at CHIUSI-CHIANCIANO TERME and drive towards Chianciano and then turn to MONTE AMIATA in the S.P. 40. After 20 Km you’ll find the sign to Poder Nuovo and turn on the right and take the country road.
Ø State Road “Cassia” (S.S. 2): from Rome, turn towards Chianciano Terme exit. After 3 Km you turn on the left and take the country road. From Siena, after San Quirico d’Orcia, drive towards Gallina and then towards Chianciano Terme exit. After 3Km turn on the left and take the country road.
…BY PLANE: the nearest airports are those of Florence (Peretola), Pisa (Galileo Galilei) and Rome (Fiumicino-Leonardo da Vinci).
