Set in a reserved and silent panoramic area just 4 km far from S. Gimignano, the Farmhouse Torre Prima is integral part of the farm, which developed thanks to the recovery of the traditional wine and olive tree growing. The presence of these plants which surround the farm confer a relaxing atmosphere to this place.
It is possible to stay in the typical rural farmhouse completely restructured and in an independent villa just 500 m far all year round.
The structure is set at 300 metres of height in an airy position and it is a particularly cool and pleasant place mainly in summer. The exclusive family and business hospitality shows spaces and details of refined semplicity. .
All our guests can benefit by various services:
large car park, reserved garden with table, chairs and parasol use, Barbecue (at request), colour TV in the hall, washing machine and clothes-drier, complete linen.
Admittance to the swimming pool (14x7) from 15/05 to 30/09 with deck-chairs and parasols. Facing a big valley, it offers a special and relaxing view of the surrounding hills in moments of relax.
At request of the customer:
- Tasting and purchase of typical products: vinsanto, grappa, extra-virgin olive oil, Chianti Colli Senesi and Vernaccia of San Gimignano.
- Visit of the cellars.
Thanks to its wonderful position among the Sienese hills, the farmhouse Torre Prima is ideal both for a completely relaxing holiday and as a useful starting point for the several destinations that the territory offers.
Decentralized and quiet compared to the city, infact the farmhouse it is also equidistant from the most famous places in the region: San Gimignano is just 4 km far, while
you can reach wonderful art cities famous all over the world such as Florence (50 km), Siena (30 km), Volterra (28 km) and Pisa (90 km) in a short time. |

120 sq. m. apartment on the 1st floor with independent entrance, provided with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one is enclosed in a bedroom). Large hall with big fireplace, rustic table with benches for 10-12 people. Sofa-bed with which you can host up to 8 people. Kitchen place composed of a kitchenette, 28 inch colour TV-set. Large garden place. Suitable for big families and groups.
It is a good solution for big groups to rent it together with the Cipressino Apartment,(they made up of up to 14 people); they are both 600 m far from the main farmhouse. |
