The Incrociata Farmhouse, built on a hill 300 mts above sea level, is the ideal destination for guests who are looking for a holiday close to nature in the quiet of the countryside. The large old country house located inside the estate, dates back to the mid 19th century and offers comfortable, sunny accommodation with easy access to pleasant nature walks in the nearby traditional Italian farmland.
The house is surrounded by 1000 sqm of lawn and a large well equipped swimming pool (15 X 7 metres) is open from May to September. There are swings and games for children, table tennis, table football sets and benches and tables under century old oak trees.
A barbecue, a laundry and a roofed parking area are available for the use of guests and mountain bikes can be hired on the premises.
There is a riding centre 3 km from the house and tennis courts 5 km away. Basic items can be purchased in the small village of Pietraviva about 500 metres from the estate and in the town of Ambra, 4kms away, you will find a wide variety of shops.
How to reach us:
Whether you come from the North (Bologna – Florence) or from the South (Rome), you should leave the A1 motorway at the Valdarno exit. Follow the signs for Montevarchi, then for Levane.
Turn right towards Bucine and drive towards Ambra (state road No. 540). Driving through Ambra towards Siena, at kilometre 15.1 (just after Pietraviva on your right) you will see a sign for Agriturismo Incrociata.
Leave the state road; after about 100 metres, you will see a small building. Going on to the left, and then up on the right, you will see above you the entrance gate.

Podere Miravalle

Miravalle lies deep in the midst of four hectares of vineyards. It is about 50 metres from the Incrociata Farmhouse and looks over the gentle scenery of the Ambra river valley. Its privileged location affords guests the opportunity to enjoy an authentic rural environment of great tranquillity.
Outside the house: a roofed veranda overlooking a large lawn, wood burning oven, barbecue and swimming pool (10 X 5 metres).
Inside on the ground floor: kitchen (dishwasher and electric oven), dining room, living room with a fireplace, room with twin beds and bathroom.
The first floor: double bedroom equipped with wall safe, a room with twin beds and a bathroom. (6 beds altogether).
From the ground floor, by an inside staircase, you can reach a second living room in the basement, which can host two more beds. (a total of 8 beds).Inside garage.
