Relais Poggio del Melograno is located in the countryside of Tuscany, 6 Km. from the centre of Montecatini Val di Cecina, in the province of Pisa.
It is immersed in a natural environment made up of hills, woods and valleys. There, thanks to its charming landscape you may dream and breath an old-times air.
The Relais has 6 apartments and a double-room with bathroom, got from a restored farm of the XIX c.. The refurbishment has kept its original design and its stoned facade, the traditional ceilings with beams and flat-tiles, choosing with care the furnishing, in Tuscan style.
Montecatini Val di Cecina is set on a hill surrounded by the Tuscan countryside. It is a Medieval village of the XI c. and at is at short distance from the sea of the Etruscan Coast, the Isle of Elba and the most beautiful art-cities of Tuscany: Volterra, Pisa, Lucca, Florence, San Gimignano, Arezzo, Siena. and other ancient villages such as Bolgheri, Querceto, Montegemoli etc.
