On demand, the guestes will have the possibility to taste the simple but GENUINE cooking of the farmhouse.
Some specialities of the MENU’: hand-made "tortellini alla bolognese", hand-made "tagliatelle with ragù", the fried "crescentine", the "tigelle" with bacon-fat and rosemary...etc.; Every dish can be tasted with the excellent wine, the dry and sweet Albana of Castelfranco Emilia the original country of the owner of the farmhouse, which produce this wine.
To taste the ancient flavours the most simple and genuine the guests will have the possibility to buy marmelade of the orchard, olive oil from the first pressing "cold", Albana dry wine d.o.c and productes of the vegetable garden, which is cultivated by the landlady following the methods of the biologiacal cultivation. |
