Beautiful and comfortable living area with kitchenette (among the accessories there is also a dishwasher and a 20 television) and double sofa bed, two rooms with double beds (in both rooms there is a 14 television), two bathrooms one with a shower and the other with a hydro-massage bathtub. Cosy and elegant, it is furnished in a simple style but is extremely coordinated and researched, with classy finishing and decorations. Large external space furnished with table and chairs.

MINIMUM STAY
3 nights, no fixed arrival day: from 23/3 to 22/6 and from 7/9 to 2/11
7 nights, arrival day Saturday only: from 22/6 to 7/9
CHECK-IN: from 5 pm to 7 pm. Late arrivals have to be arranged in advance with the Reception.

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS
Flat rate for water, electricity and gas, air conditioning/heating, bed linen weekly changed: 42 per person per week. For shorter stays than a week 10 per person (minimum euros 30 per person per stay). Minimum 2 paying guests in the Suite and 3 paying guests in the Family Suite and Family Suite Superior. Children below 8 years of age free of charge.

Cot (0-2 years): 30 single charge. Service to be reserved and subject to availability.
FINAL CLEANING KITCHENETTE
The final cleaning of the flat and of the kitchenette is to be taken care of by client (unless arranged otherwise with the Reception staff). Upon arrival, the client leaves a deposit of 25 euros. If the kitchenette is cleaned by the guest at the departure, the deposit will be refunded.
BEACH SERVICE
Service available from 18/5 to 21/9 (1 beach umbrella, 1 deck chair and 1 sun bed per week per flat).
