The Peretti Farm Holiday can be found in the province of Grosseto, in the Maremma, in the southern part of Tuscany, about 5 minutes from the town of Fontblanda and the Argentario coastline.
The Peretti Farm Holiday business can be found and reached easily in the peaceful environment of the green countryside of the Maremma.
The farming business has been in the Agostini family for three generations from 1922 to be precise.
Today, the farming business is managed with devotion by Andrea and his wife, Silvia.
The farming business covers an area of 36 hectares of which : 1 hectare woodland, 1 hectare olive groves, 15 hectares of hard wheat, 8 hectares of sunflowers, 5 hectares of grass and 5 hectares of various vegetables.
The farming business breeds Maremma horses, very strong and tame, with which it is possible to go horse-riding.
There is also a small dog on the farm, she is very docile with smaller guests.
There is also a goat.
The guests can choose between the 2 three-roomed flats or the 2 two-roomed flats.
There are also 5 bedrooms and 1 of this is equipped for disabled people.
Each flat and each bedroom has its own outside area with table and chairs.
During the Summer season, breakfast is served in the garden under the pine trees, whilst in the Winter season breakfast is served in the dining room some of the ingredients used in preparing the breakfast come from the farm’s production and are home made.
Children can play freely in the garden while parents can find moments of relax under the shade of the pine trees or out under the sun.
Enjoying the beautiful view of the Maremma countryside, cultivated hillsides with barely a tree in sight. |
