In '800s, when there was not turistic accomodation yet, in Maremma hospitality was proved welcoming the "travellers" of those days to colonial houses and to farms and providing to all their needs.
And to comply with this tradition that Buratta family, already well-known for its activities in the field of biologic agriculture, gastronomy and mainly of cattle-breeding and horse starting, has decided to welcome the request from friends and guests, restructuring a building of its estate to dedicate it to welcome the "travellers" of today.
Situated inside Uccellina natural park, on the hill that descends to Talamone gulf, the touristic structure has a privileged location than on one side gives the view on the sea and on the other one, from the top, the eye takes in the whole valley where it is possible to observe horses, fallow deers, wild boars and many species of birds, simply sitting in the balcony-garden that every room is equipped with.
Moreover the lucky and unique combination with the restaurant and gastronomy that allows guests and gourmets to know and appreciate the products and more traditional recipes of local cooking, without losting themselves in time-westing quests.
And for those who love riding in the countryside there is the possibility to attend all the phases of cattle-breeding and horse starting and to do daily excursions in Uccellina park with their own horse.
