Podere Casanova Vacation Home
Situated among the olive trees and the vineyards, a few kilometres far from Montespertoli, near Florence and in the Heart of Chianti, Podere Casanova Vacation Home offers a pleasing and relaxing staying in the Tuscany countryside.
The main building, a farmhouse of the XVII century, has a panoramic view over the surrounding hills and it is divided into four flats furnished with the typical Tuscan style, and equipped with completely fitted out kitchen (kitchenware, 4 flame gas stove, microwave, fridge with small freezer, dishwasher).
The apartments on the ground floor can dispose of a gazebo, whereas those on the upper floor have a spacious terrace with stunning view over the landscape.
Another flat has been obtained from the restructuring of barn.
Among the services offered to its customers there are:
an area wi-fi : the Guests can connect to the internet by common areas of Podere, for example gazebo in front of the reception or the reception itself, with its laptop computer, or using the Podere Casanova;
a barbecue with wood oven to make pizza;
a swimming pool in the garden among the olive and the fruit trees, where you can relax; it is opened from May to October and it is surrounded by a sun terrace with beach umbrellas, sun beds and tables.
Wine and oil
The Podere Casanova farm is located between the Tuscan hills and is surrounded by a magnificent view that is divided between forests, vineyards, olive groves and perfectly maintained Amazing sunsets.
In our small, we are helping to enrich our land with these rare gems: Podere Casanova is surrounded by 70 thousand meters of forest largely visited by 10 thousand meters of vineyard for us to produce White Wine, Red Wine and Vinsanto.
And again, plant 1,000 olive, which produce an excellent Olive Oil.
The accommodation
The accommodation is surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, fruit trees and there are also some nice goats, the great pleasure for the small guests.
Each apartment will be in a gift bottle of wine, offered by Podere Casanova as a sign of welcome to our guests you.
A little present for you to discover the flavours of our land, together with the tranquility and beauty of a scenario in which you will be in front, a time arrived at Podere Casanova.
It is possible to purchase and taste the farm products such as wine or olive oil directly at the reception.
Once a week, the family has the pleasure to organize a welcome with the guests with typical products or pizza, a pleasant event to get to know other cultures or to make friendship.
There is also a parking, with several parking lots covered to protect the cars from the heat of the sun.
Thanks to the most happy position of Podere Casanova, you can easily reach Florence and the other main Tuscan towns - San Gimignano, Siena, Volterra, Lucca and Pisa - as well as the other tourist routes in the Chianti.
On demand, tours to visit ceramic and earthenware workshops in the places Ginestra e Montelupo.
Activities
On your arrival in Podere Casanova, will be offered a sweet taste of typical Tuscan, joined the tasting of vin santo and cantuccini, who say maybe even a good cup of coffee and months more of a hot drink fresh.
So we will do everything possible to make people forget the fatigue and start your holiday.
A sights set on course you have smaller, which you will be offered, cakes or ice cream, in addition to candy, fresh drinks, books, and how to color more….
On your arrival, you will be handed over all maps of tourist attractions and all of the necessary information you need.
