The true reality of a farm holiday is where the running of a farm business, the love of the land , traditions and knowledge is shared at the same time with its guests.
With this is mind our farm holiday offers the maximum comfort in traditional stone cottages.
Each one has an independent entrance, bedroom with bathroom, air conditioning, heating, fireplace in the living room filled with wood logs and a small swimming pool to be shared.
But above all the Piandartino farm holiday offers you the possibility of preparing and consuming meals together in the large dining room of the farm holiday.
On request, special courses in typical local dishes are organised, under the supervision of international hosts.
Then participating and helping with typical farm work such as wine harvesting, wine making, harvesting of olives, haymaking and preparation of pork meat.
The meals served at the Piandartino farm holiday, from bread, to meat to fruit are all produced with farm produce. Everyone can participate at their preparation following the best Tuscany traditions.

Restaurant and services
The food served within our restaurant is linked to seasonal products.
In Winter we delight our guests with lots of soups, broths, tortelli pasta, red meat and game, while salad, cold dishes and grilled foods are served during the Summer.
The kitchen uses products which have been produced by the farm using traditional natural cascade method: fodder and cereal to feed our animals, tender wheat to make bread.
The cold meats and fresh chesses are very special, above all the “ravaggiolo” which is obtained by using fresh sheeps milk and milk from Amiata.
Furthermore, cakes, vegetables in sweet and sour sauces, stuffed vegetables and smoked cold meats are the personal contribution of Adriana.
As Piandartino also means tradition, apart from tasting food, guests can help in the preparation of dishes, learning the best methods and best recipes of typical Tuscany food. |
