The Farm is located on the top of a hill, about 400 meters above the sea level. It is surrounded by woods and pastures at the confluence of the Archiano and Gressa rivers.
The main building includes a medieval tower which has been restored maintaining its architectural design and style. Cotto, wood and stone, the classical materials of the Tuscan rural architecture, have been used.
A few hundreds meters around the main building, other ones are immersed in the green and quiet country, available for our guests.
The main growings in the farm are cereals and hay. A horse breed uses the pastures.
Close to the Farm there are two irrigation lakes (one is a WWF natural preserve) where you may paddle a kayak, fishing, birdwatching or simply relax yourselves.
The farm includes a horse breed and a horseback riding school. Special courses are run for children. |
