Villa Rigacci was built in the late fifteenth century,
and much of the original structure has been maintained,
particularly in the main building.
The Villa is situated up on the Tuscan hills, surrounded
by the greenery of its extensive grounds, with
an 24-metre pool with a bar, a park and terraces.
On a large terrace with views to the Chianti hills each may
relax in the sun or reading a book under trees beside
the new swimming-pool (24m x 9 m) and enjoy unforgettable moments in a quiet and peaceful environment, or having a drink in the shade under the natural roof of the Bar.
In the Villa you will find various salons and rooms for breakfast, lunch and dinner.These spaces are also suited for meetings or small conventions.
In the surroundings of the Villa you will find 16 acres of park, greens and gardens.
How to reach us:
Villa Rigacci is situated between Florence, Siena and Arezzo, less than 10 minutes from the highway Florence-Rome and the train station at Figline Valdarno.
So all the interesting and famous towns and sites are simple to reach.
South of Florence leave the A1 at the 'INCISA' exit turning right.
After the exit turn right and follow the sign to 'MATASSINO'.
Arriving in Matassino pass the first roundabout, at the second roundabout turn left direction Vaggio ( Reggello) and in the center of the village turn right after the bridge.
The next village is Vaggio, pass it all and at the end in a left-hand bend go straight ahead passing a small bridge at the right.
After 100 m you will find the entrance to the hotel on your right.If you arrive by airplane or train we could arrange
the transfer for you.
